UFC 102 Open Workouts - August 26th, 2009

The UFC kicked off the festivities in Portland yesterday for UFC 102 by holding Open Workouts featuring a number of athletes who are on this Saturday's Fight Card. Included were the main event fighters Randy "The Natural" Couture and Antonio Rodrigo "Minotauro" Nogueira, co-main event fighters Keith "The Dean of Mean" Jardine and Thiago Silva, and hometown heroes Chris Leben & Ed Herman.

All the fighters ran through drills for the cameras and then graciously stood for interviews with the media contingent on hand.
