The bouts are official for tomorrow night's UFC 148 with all 22 fighters making weight, including main event headliners Anderson Silva and Team Quest's Chael Sonnen, who rematch for Silva's UFC Middleweight Belt. After Silva made weight, he walked over and gave Sonnen a little shoulder punch that had UFC boss Dana White jumping into before it developed into anything more.

Afterwards, Joe Rogan briefly interviewed both fighters about tomorrow's fight. Sonnen's reply, "Champion versus icon. Myth versus legend. Anderson Silva versus Chael Sonnen. The fake guy versus the bad guy. And only on Pay-per-view."

Silva needed no translator when he replied in English,

"I don't respect Chael. Chael no respect nothing. Chael no respect UFC.

Chael no respect my country. Tomorrow I go to fight."

The NW's own Cody McKenzie was looking lean and mean as he towered over

Chad Mendes in McKenzie's first fight at 145 lbs for the UFC.

UFC 148: SILVA vs. SONNEN II is at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas with the first fight starting at 4:25 PM PT and aired at facebook.com/UFC. At 5:00 PM PT, the preliminary card continues for free on FX. The 6-bout main card starts at 7 PM PT and is available on UFC.TV, iN DEMAND, DirecTV, DISH Network, Avail-TVN, and in Canada on BellTV, Shaw Communications, Sasktel, and Viewer's Choice Canada.
