Doors open at 8 AM and activities start at 9 AM to 5:30 PM

 Activities include a No-Gi submission tournament, MMA Seminar coached by UFC Fighters, Cross Fit Challenge, Muay Thai demo, MMA demo and much more. Tons of local and regional NW MMA, Fitness, and Health vendors will have booths set up.
