Gracie Barra Seattle celebrated the Grand Opening of their new location South of downtown Seattle by holding a open BJJ tournament that brought out well over 100 competitors from around the NW, plus numerous spectators.  Gracie Barra Seattle is located at 270 S Hanford Street (Suite 201) off of 3rd Ave S. The school is headed up by owner Rodrigo Lopes who is a 2nd degree Black Belt under Marcio "Mamazinho" Laudier and a Certified Black Belt instructor of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Carlos Gracie Jr. and Gracie Barra.
