COGA Combat Games presented their 5th Battle @ the Bay on October 12th inside the Wa-Walton Event Center at the Swinomish Casino. 13 fights went down, including 3 pro bouts and 1 amateur title fight, and every one saw a finish. In the main event, Spokane's Adam Smith scored a submission win over Matt Coble with a first round armbar. Ikaika Tampos moves to 3-0 as a pro with a 1st round armbar of Omar Avelar. Pete Nicacio won his pro debut with a 1st round arm triangle of Brett Boska. In the COGA Amateur 145 lb Championship, Mamba MMA's Gagan Gill finished Jeremie Montgomery with a 2nd round armbar.
