BodogFight Saves Its Battle of the Brawlers for Last

Press Release from Bodog.com

Surprise additional fight names final Team USA member

With mixed martial arts (MMA) fans from around the world craving more

furious action, BodogFight, the action-packed reality TV series created by

digital entertainment mogul Calvin Ayre, surprises audiences with an added bout

this week. The light heavyweight fight between veteran Trevor Prangley and

brawler Kyacey Uscola airs tomorrow night with the victor earning the final spot

on Team USA. This intense battle will be available on the Men's Outdoor and

Recreation channel and online at www.bodogfight.com.

"Fans wanted more so I gave them the best bout BodogFight: Season One has to

offer," says Calvin Ayre, Founder of the Bodog.com Entertainment Group, the

leading digital entertainment enterprise that recently announced its foray into

the European and Asian markets. "The light heavyweight class produces fighters

who are fast, accurate and strategic. But if strategy fails, they have the deadly

formula of speed and power to go toe-to-toe until one drops. Trevor and Kyacey

will give fans an incredible brawl and the seven existing members of Team USA

readily welcome their new teammate."

Growing up on a farm in South Africa, Trevor Prangley was introduced to wrestling

at a young age by his father, a move that initiated the development of his

overcome-then-destroy mindset. His drive to succeed led Prangley to a national

championship at age 23 and granted him the opportunity to compete for a spot

on the South African Olympic wrestling team. This dream came to an abrupt end

when he lost a crippling qualifying match and suffered a severe knee injury.

Rather than retire from the sport, he moved to the United States and began

studying Jiu-jitsu to maintain his fitness. This training regimen developed into a

lifestyle and his willingness to diversify fighting styles allowed him to train

with some of the world's top fighters, including Josh Thomson and Ken Shamrock.

Gaining national attention in the U.S. over the last few years, Prangley has built

an 11-4 record and brings his fierce desire to the BodogFight ring deep within

the lush jungles of Central America.

His opponent, "Ice Cold" Kyacey Uscola, brings a different approach to the ring with

a "Lights Out" striking style that's all about heavy hitting. He got this nickname for

his reputation of ending fights early, particularly his five-second bout against

Danny Payne at the XFS 1-extremeFight Series in July, which culminated with

a devastating kick to the head leaving Payne lying on the canvas. Still considered

an up-and-comer, Uscola already has accumulated impressive wins at KOTC Predator,

Heavy Hitters and Outlaws earlier this year as well as 33-second knockout victory

in a clash with Steve Ramerez last February. Fight audiences worldwide are in

for some serious ring action in this battle leading up to the BodogFight pay-per-view

finale later this year.

Is this the fight that crowns the BodogFight favorite fighter? Viewers get to decide and will soon be able to cast their vote for the $50,000 cash prize at www.bodogfight.com, where biographies of all the fighters, exclusive footage, and unedited interviews and confrontations are readily available and continuously updated each week. Each of the episodes will air simultaneously on the Men's Outdoor and Recreation channel and on BodogFight.com broadband network.

The incredibly popular BodogFight series is available in over 43 million homes across America on Men's Outdoor and Recreation, DISH Network, Comcast, Cox, Time Warner and online at www.bodogfight.com. Elimination battles, behind-the-scenes training, interviews with fighters, a soundtrack featuring Bodog Music artists, and lifestyle segments compose the weekly one-hour BodogFight episodes, with this week's finale leading into the PPV main event taking place later this year containing an incredible 10-bout fight card that consists of three massive super fights and the spectacular USA vs. Russia showdown.
