In the Main Event, Matt Dwyer defended his Pro 170 lb Title with a TKO win over Shonie Carter who was unable to answer the bell before Round 3 after an accidental groin shot from a 2nd Rd Dwyer kick. In the Co-main Event, Adam Santos retained his Amateur Heavyweight Title with a TKO Stop of Jamie Smyth with 1 second left in the 2nd round.
