All fighters made weight for the second Alliance MMA event "Counterstrike" being held tomorrow night, August 22nd, inside the ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington.

UFC Middleweight Champion, Anderson "Spider" Silva was present giving support to his fighter, Damaso Pereira. Undefeated rising star Lyle Beerbohm was also on hand giving support to his Sikjitsu teammate, Mike Hanks.

The Alliance MMA crew have put together another stellar card of 10 professional fights featuring some of the top rising talent that the Northwest has to offer. In the main event, Mario Miranda out of Matt Hume's AMC gym in Kirkland, will go up against an undefeated Lorenzo Hood fighting out of Montana. Miranda's original opponent, Gary Padilla, reportedly pulled out early in the week due to a shoulder injury and the Alliance crew were able to come up with another worthy opponent for Mario fighting at a catch weight of 192 lbs.

Tickets for COUNTERSTRIKE are available at ShoWare Center's Box Office, online at www.ShoWareCenter.com or by phone at 253-856-6999. This is an all-ages event with doors opening at 6 PM and the fights starting at 7 PM. Prices not including fees range from $70 for cageside seats to $25 for general admission seats. Parking is always free at the ShoWare Center locate at 625 W James St in downtown Kent.
